ZeAllgrate Upgrades Molded Grating Production Line, +40% Capacity
ZeAllgrate (Nantong ZeAll New Materials Co., Ltd.) has completed the upgrade of its molded FRP grating production line, adding automated molding, demolding and post-cure stations. The upgrade increases output by approximately 40% and improves dimensional consistency across 38 mm, 50 mm and 65 mm molded grating panels.
The upgraded line supports rising demand for molded grating in chemical, water treatment, food and infrastructure projects. Lead times for standard molded grating orders are reduced, and batch-to-batch consistency is improved for customers ordering multi-phase projects such as the municipal WWTP tank-top catwalk and mining leaching platform references.
Distributor and project customers can request updated lead-time commitments and factory capacity reservations from sales@izeall.com.
Upgrade Scope
The production line upgrade adds automated molding, demolding and post-cure stations to the molded FRP grating line. Automation replaces manual demolding with a controlled process cycle, and the new post-cure stations hold panels at a programmed temperature profile to complete resin cure consistently — the two variables that most affect dimensional accuracy and long-term strength in molded grating.
Capacity and Quality Impact
- +40% output on molded grating, cutting lead times for standard panels and multi-phase project orders.
- Improved dimensional consistency across 38 mm, 50 mm and 65 mm panels — tighter thickness and squareness tolerances for large repetitive decks.
- Better batch-to-batch consistency for customers ordering phased projects, such as the municipal wastewater and chemical plant expansions currently in production.
- Reduced cycle defects from controlled demolding and post-cure — fewer edge chips and internal voids, verified by strengthened in-line inspection.
What It Means for Buyers
For specifiers, the upgrade translates directly into shorter lead times and more predictable panel quality on large orders. For projects delivered in phases — the common pattern in municipal and industrial plants — the improved consistency means later-phase panels match the first phase in dimension and surface finish, which simplifies installation and inspection across the whole site.
Upgrade Scope
The +40% capacity upgrade covers the compression-moulding presses, tooling and finishing line: additional press capacity for standard panels, faster cycle times on the established 38/50/65 mm tooling, and expanded finishing capacity for grit-top application and edge sealing. Quality impact is managed to the existing QC gates — batch testing, dimensional checks and load verification per lot — so the added volume carries the same documentation and traceability as the previous output.
What It Means for Buyers
- Shorter lead times on standard molded panels; larger batch orders accommodated.
- Stock levels maintained on the common sizes; project-scale orders scheduled earlier.
- Same resin options, surface finishes and QC documentation per lot.
- Export packaging capacity aligned with the added volume.
