ZeAllgrate FRP Pultruded Grating

70% glass content · 2× stiffness · long spans

ZeAllgrate FRP Pultruded Grating
Product Overview

ZeAllgrate FRP Pultruded Grating

Pultruded grating is made from continuous glass fiber rovings pulled through a resin bath and shaped die, producing a panel with up to 70% glass content. The result: roughly twice the stiffness of molded grating, allowing greater spans with less deflection under load.

  • 70% glass content for maximum stiffness-to-weight
  • Bearing bars: I-shape and T-shape profiles
  • Spans up to 3.0 m with minimal deflection
  • Load class up to 150 kN (per ISO / AS 1657)
  • Low deflection, ideal for high-traffic areas
  • Fire-retardant and anti-slip options available

Also available as trench, basin & screening covers →

Installation

Installation Notes

✂

Cutting

Carbide-tipped or abrasive cutters; support both sides of the cut; wear dust protection. Wet cutting recommended.

🔩

Fastening

Fasten every panel at every support intersection. SS304/316 G-clips in corrosive service; expansion bolts for concrete.

↔

Orientation

Pultruded bearing bars run across the span — never parallel. Leave thermal gaps at fixed supports.

Selection Process

How to Specify in Four Steps

1

Define Environment

Identify chemicals, temperature, UV exposure and load requirements.

2

Choose Grating Type

Molded for bi-directional strength; pultruded for long spans and heavy loads.

3

Check Load / Span

Verify the support span against certified load charts for your configuration.

4

Specify Surface & Clips

Grit-top for wet areas; SS304/316 clips for secure fastening.
